Administration Tools

• Password-protection- Your staff can make Web site changes from any computer with a Web browser, but only if they have a password. If you have a personnel change at your company, you can easily change the password. 

• WYSIWYG editor- (What You See Is What You Get) If you can use a word processor, you can easily make changes to your site without knowing HTML.

• Header and footer content- If you want to edit content in the header and footer areas of your site, it’s a snap to make the change once and have all of the pages in your site be updated. 

• Site navigation- You control the organization of your site navigation.

• Sections and sub-sections- Sections are the top level layer for content and the site administrator controls those. The administrator can also assign sub-sections to sections allowing for as much detailed information as necessary.

Search Engine Optimization

• Search engine friendly URLs (“static” URLs)- Many other CMS systems display complex URLs which don’t rank well in the search engines. Adhost CMS generates shorter static URLS which are easier for search engines to rank.

• Page title- You control the page title content which appears at the very top left of the visitor’s browser. The search engines often display this information in their search results.

• Key word and description meta tags- You manage the key words and descriptions for each page of your site and it’s easy to change them whenever you desire. 

• Search engine sitemap file- You can generate a sitemap file and submit it to the search engines to aid their indexing of your site. When new content is added, you can generate a new sitemap file and re-submit it.

Site Features

• Frequently asked questions (FAQ)- You are able to create one main FAQ page on your site or multiple FAQ pages which address your various products or services. Our system also allows you to re-use the same questions and answers on multiple FAQ pages.

• Internal site search- Visitors to your site can use the internal site search tool to search for key words on your site. The tool will return a list of pages which contain that keyword.

• Unlimited pages- You may add as many pages as you need using our CMS. Other CMS products limit the number of pages you are allowed and charge extra if you go over their limit.

• Printer friendly option- When a visitor clicks on the printer friendly link on your site’s pages, a new page will display with the page’s content but not the site’s navigation. The visitor can then print out this simplified, printer friendly page.

• Dynamic, expandable page navigation- This feature allows you to fully customize your Web site navigation and affords the ultimate flexibility for managing your content and how your users access it.
